There is no way to describe the colors of the sky at the rising and setting of the sun…at least I’m not poetic enough to do it.

The intensity and shades of colors can glisten, mute, explode, and blend together to morph the sky into a pallet to be seen only once. Ever changing as the sun sinks over the horizon,the light refracted and reflected, the individuality of the ‘rise or ‘set never to be repeated. The euphoria of the moment is the only thing that returns, but never at the same intensity.

We search for beauty through out the world. Traveling to distant and exotic lands…when most of the time we only have to pack a picnic and find a comfortable place close to home to watch the beginning or end to the day. Nature has a way of bringing the beauty of life to us, we have only to be patient, ready and willing to accept the gift.

So the next time you feel that wounder-lust and feel the need to find the peacefulness of momentary solitude, find the spot, watch the sky, have the patience and enjoy the gift of a “Sunrise-Sunset” moment.
